			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Did you know you can lose weight by eating certain foods? Sounds unbelievable, I know. After all, you&#8217;ve probably thought all along that you had to <em>starve</em> yourself to lose weight.</p>
<p>The fact is your body has to <em>burn calories</em> to lose weight. Unfortunately, as we become older, our metabolic rate slows down and we&#8217;re not able to burn off as much fat as we did in our younger years. But when you eat these &#8216;special&#8217; foods, you&#8217;re <em>boosting</em> your metabolic rate!</p>
<p>Rest assured, the foods I&#8217;m going to tell you about don&#8217;t contain any artificial &#8216;metabolism-boosting&#8217; chemicals. They are all perfectly safe and natural &#8230; and good for you.</p>
<p>The first one is <strong>Green Tea</strong>. If you&#8217;re in the habit of drinking morning tea, replace it with green tea. Ordinary tea is OK, but green tea is better because it contains fat-burning elements that will help you with weight loss. It&#8217;s no wonder that many of the weight loss supplements available in the market have green tea as a common ingredient!</p>
<p>Another good food to eat is <strong>Peanut Butter</strong>. Have you ever tried replacing regular butter with peanut butter? Unlike ordinary butter, which is rich in fat, peanut butter is rich in protein and fiber, both of which help you with weight loss. Protein helps you burn fat by building lean muscle mass and fiber helps in suppressing your appetite for a long time. It&#8217;s best to use &#8216;natural&#8217; peanut butter rather than the commercial brands. Or better yet, prepare your own at home! Try spreading it on some wholegrain wheat bread for breakfast.</p>
<p>The third food that is great for you is <strong>Almonds</strong>. There are two types of fat: good fats and bad fats. The bad fats should be avoided because, well, they make you fat! The good fats, on the other hand, supply your body with essential nutrients such as fatty acids. Almonds are rich in fatty acids and protein. They will help you burn fat by boosting your metabolic rate. Plus, they help keep your cholesterol under control.</p>
<p>And finally, eat lots of <strong>Beans.</strong> They are rich in fiber so they help to keep your stomach full for a long time. How successfully you are in suppressing your hunger will determine how fast you are able to lose weight. (Worried about the &#8216;side effects&#8217; of beans? Get some Beeno. It&#8217;s all natural and it works!)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are many factors that determine the success or failure of your weight loss goals. In this article I&#8217;m going to tell you about three simple and powerful techniques that will help you lose weight successfully.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Set Small Goals</strong><br />
Most people are unable to achieve weight loss because they set their weight loss goals so high that they&#8217;re tempted to quit when they don&#8217;t see immediate results. It&#8217;s far better to start slow and accept the fact that you&#8217;re not going to see overnight results.  For example, you may decide to stop eating junk foods altogether &#8212; and for a couple of days, you&#8217;re going to try really hard to stay away from them. However, by doing that, you&#8217;re going to be all the more tempted to take a bite of your favorite fatty foods. As a result, you&#8217;ll end up gaining more pounds than what you started with. What a waste! Here is an easier way to do it: instead of trying to cut down on your junk food intake entirely, try to replace one junk food with one good food. Do you eat butter? Well, replace that with peanut butter. Next day, replace burgers with raw carrots. If you eat white breads, replace that with whole grain wheat breads. This way you&#8217;re setting small goals and it will be much easier to make changes. Eventually you will realize that you have completely replaced your bad foods with healthy foods &#8230; and without going through any stress or temptation!</li>
<li><strong>Replace Bad Habits with Good Ones</strong><br />
Remember that you gained weight because of certain bad habits. Ideally you should break those old habits in order to lose weight, but breaking an old habit is easier said than done. What you <em>can</em> do is modify your bad habit enough so that it becomes a good and healthy habit. If you are like most people, you have a habit of snacking in the afternoon. Instead of trying to break this habit, try to replace the snack itself. If you eat potato chips or cookies as snacks, replace them with low-fat yogurt or raw fruits.</li>
<li><strong>Get Rid of Temptations</strong><br />
Unless you learn to control your temptations, you won&#8217;t be able to lose weight successfully. One overwhelming temptation most overweight people suffer from is &#8230; food! Whenever you are tempted to eat, do something to distract yourself from thinking about food. Try dancing, driving, walking around your house, doing some sit-ups, or drinking a glass of water. All of these things will help keep yourself away from the continuous food cravings!</li>

If you&#8217;re always hungry, you will always eat, and weight loss will never happen. Start eating foods that will keep you full for a long time. Fiber-rich foods, such as lentils, legumes, nuts, apples, peas, etc. are great for not only suppressing your hunger, but they also keep your digestive system healthy!</li>
<li><strong>DRINK MORE WATER<br />
</strong>Believe it or not, you can lose at least 7-10 extra pounds just by drinking enough water. How? When you don&#8217;t drink enough water, your body stores water inside to meet any future water scarcity. If your body feels like there is an abundance of water available, it won&#8217;t hoard it. Try to drink at least eight glasses of water each day. Once your body starts getting water regularly, it will stop hoarding it and will flush out the excess! But this is not the only benefit of drinking plenty of water.  Water also boosts your metabolic rate, which helps you burn fat and lose weight. Water also detoxifies your body. When your body has gotten rid of all the toxins, you will not only lose some more pounds, but also feel better!</li>
<li><strong>HULA HOOPING</strong><br />
If you want to lose weight without having to exercise, hula hooping is a fun way to do it. All you need is a $10 weighted hula hoop. Just twirl it around yourself for at least one minute at a time. You should try for a total of 10 minutes each day. Don&#8217;t worry if you can&#8217;t do it all at once. Just do it whenever you find a little extra time.</li>
</ol>
<p>As you can see, weight loss doesn&#8217;t have to be hard. Simply follow the three tips above and watch how fast you shed those extra pounds!</p>
